Refunds & Returns Policy

At Homestead Department, we want every customer to feel confident shopping with us. If something’s not quite right, our return and refund process is designed to be clear, fair, and hassle-free.


1. Return Eligibility Window

You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns beyond this timeframe.


2. Return Shipping Costs

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for the cost of shipping it back.


3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item is broken, not working properly, or was received in error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll issue a prepaid return label and, once the item is inspected, either send a replacement or issue a full refund—including original shipping costs.


4. Changed Your Mind?

You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days if you simply decide the product isn’t right for you. Return shipping will be your responsibility, and refunds will be issued for the item price only—excluding original shipping costs. Returned items must be in new condition and original packaging.


5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note: Some banks or credit card providers may take a few extra days to post the funds. If you haven’t seen the refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, feel free to reach out to us.
